Ladies and gentlemen discover how to make fresh twists on 1920s-era cocktails inside Al's Place!

Prepare to learn a bit of speakeasy history, then break cocktails down and discover how to recreate them at home. House-made syrups, fresh juices, herbs, fruits, liqueurs, & bitters all to be used for class, as well as Prohibition-specific mixers.

We'll teach you how to take ingredients and items from your home bar to create your own unique version of a Prohibition Era cocktail.

--$70/ person - will focus on Cocktail technique and Classic Cocktails. This registration fee covers your drinks, hors d'ouvres, plus bar tools...all of which you will learn how to use and impress your crew!
